Riz Poli offers standard and express delivery depending on the destination.

Fees and Timelines

The delivery time starts from the moment your order is picked up by the carrier. The indicated times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, period, customs formalities, or carrier constraints.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, with the exception of China.

Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise indicated at the time of payment.

In some cases, additional information may be requested to allow the carrier to deliver. Without this information, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Important Information

Orders are processed automatically after validation. Therefore, it is not possible to modify, suspend, or expedite shipment once the order is confirmed.

If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

Deliveries to certain remote areas may require additional time.

Restrictions

We do not deliver to:

• post office boxes

• general delivery

• military or naval addresses

• China

Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items, as well as personalized or made-to-order items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
