Any item purchased on rizpoli.fr can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
To request a return, please contact our Customer Service at the following address: boutique@rizpoli.fr, indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned.
After reviewing your request, our Customer Service will provide you with return instructions.
Returned items must imperatively:

be in their original condition

not have been worn, washed, or damaged

be returned in their original packaging

include all original tags
If these conditions are not met, Riz Poli reserves the right to refuse the return and send the item back to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
The customer is responsible for organizing and shipping the return package, in accordance with the instructions provided by our Customer Service.
We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as Riz Poli cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any item returned incomplete, worn, damaged, or without tags
Return Processing
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be checked and processed within 10 business days.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is validated.
If the return does not meet the conditions indicated above, it may be refused, and the item will be sent back to you.
Refunds
Refund processing can take up to 10 business days from the receipt of your package at our warehouse.
Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method used and banking delays.
