Riz Poli was founded in Paris in September 2021 by Chen XU with the aim of combining urban and feminine styles.

Inspired by Chilean poet Neruda’s “Ode to Bread”, which celebrates bread as an expression of the desire for a better life.

Riz Poli’s designs are rooted in art and culture. Inspired by scenes from everyday life, XU combines his exploration of art with his love for community.

As such, every collection is a new proposition: from the mix of his life in Aubervilliers with the techno scene in the first collections to the duality of Paris’ 18th arrondissement and the exploration of gender in the arts for the latest ones.

This approach not only influences garment construction but also fabric and colour choices. This concept guides all aspects of our creations.

Like rice, life and fashion can be enjoyed and experienced in endless creative ways. With Riz Poli, we aim to nourish consumers through thoughtfully designed pieces acting as a link between art and life.
